Sage has been battling a bad cold over the past week, which she has kindly passed on to me. However, we made sure to get out and enjoy the leaves before they are all gone! I wish I had the flip camera for this little moment because Sage studied the "cliff" for a good 30 seconds before turning over and back-pedaling down. Once down, she still wasn't convinced that she had cleared the ledge, so she continued to back pedal across the lawn, scratching her legs side-to-side like a dog would do after he/she is done taking a poo. She did the same thing when she needed to get down the "hill" in the backyard--she dropped to a crawl and scooted backwards a good ten feet.
I think we are going to have to keep the swing up through the winter. Sage LOVES to swing!
